2010 Ad Campaign for Virginia State Parks

We have had a partnership with the Virginia Association of Broadcasters for more than ten years to run television and radio ads in February and March to increase awareness and generate business for Virginia State Parks. This year's theme is: "I Love Virginia State Parks." I thought you would all enjoy seeing the two television spots.

And yet, the Governor's budget closes 5 Virginia State Parks beginning July 1, 2010: False Cape State Park, Caledon Natural Area, Mason Neck State Park, Twin Lakes State Park and Staunton River Battlefield State Park? Pray. Then Act. The Bible does say to pray for our leaders. Let's be reasonable and sound in mind as we express our views with kindness to help preserve our natural resources and point out that these parks help support the economy. Closing them doesn't seem to be the best choice.
